Weekly Planning

Hello, I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend. We have had a bit of a lazy one given the horrible rainy and cold weather. The weather people are talking snow on Wednesday, but we'll see.

Tristan catching up on reading his 250 word book!
We got a lot of reading, colouring in, forts, dancing and cuddling in this weekend!

Daddy and Dylan reading!

Francis colouring in Dinosaurs!
Now though, it is time to start preparing for the week ahead. So, in the spirit of getting things organised, which let's face it is a never ending task, at least for me, I thought I'd share with you my meal and fitness plans for this week.

Monday- Rest day
Tuesday- Swim (at least 900 meters)
Wednesday- Rest day
Thursday- Spinning (am) and Running Club (pm)
Friday- Rest day
Saturday- Run maybe 3.5k or 5k depending on how I feel
Sunday- Pilates

Meals:

Tuesday- Chicken cacciatore with pasta
Wednesday- Ham, pepper and onion calzones with salad
Thursday- Salisbury Steaks with mash and peas
